Dr. Amer Khatib
Dr. Amer Khatib is a Professor and Consultant in Gastrointestinal and Liver Diseases. He earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan before moving to the United States, where he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, obtaining the American Board of Internal Medicine certification.
He then specialized in gastroenterology at Temple University and further pursued advanced studies in liver transplantation and hepatology at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Khatib has held academic and training positions at the University of Jordan and now practices between Jordan and Florida, USA. He currently sees patients at Al Khalidi Hospital.
